War Era Women and Children’s Lives
Martha
McIntire a Jackson County Historian was the guest speaker at the July meeting
of the David Benton Chapter SAR. She spoke on the lives of women and children
and had various items to present from that time. Some pictures of items:

documents Lochry Defeat will be honored by the SAR, all veterans encouraged to
attend, as well as any interested individuals. Women encouraged to be dressed
in colonial attire.
